Broccoli Slaw Salad

Ingredients
  1. 1 Bag of Broccoli Slaw ( I use Trader Joe's Brand but you can get this pretty much anywhere)
  2. 3 Tbsp of Veganaise, Mindful Mayo, or plain Mayonaise
  3. 2 Tbsp Balsamic White Vinegar to taste
  4. 2 Tsp Sugar
  5. 1 large Apple chopped
  6. 3 Tbsp Chopped Walnuts
  7. 3 Tbsp Dried Cranberries
  8. 3 - 5 Tbsp Almond Milk
  9. Salt & Pepper to taste
  10. Organic Pea Shoots (Optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix mayo, vinegar, sugar and almond milk.
  2. Add broccoli slaw, chop apple into small bites and add. Spinkle walnuts and cranberries, add salt & Pepper to taste. Toss well and chill and serve! Add pea shoots to garnish.
  3. Please taste as you go along to adjust sugar, vinegar and milk to your taste.
  4. This is more a salad then a side dish and delicious!
Notes
  1. Again, with most of my recipes, this is very forgiving and has plenty of room to add or remove ingredients. Have fun with it. Great for summer salad or side dish with lunch or dinner.
  2. Add chicken to the mix and you have a complete meal...
