Ingredients
  1. 1 Package of Organic Arugula
  2. 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  3. 2 Tbsp of Pine Nuts
  4. 1/2 Cup of Shaved Parmesan Romano Cheese
  5. 1/3 Cup Sun dried Tomatoes
Instructions
  1. Place arugula in bowl set aside. Heat olive oil and add pine nuts. Cook pine nuts till lightly browned add olive oil and nuts to arugula. Add remaining ingredients, salt & pepper to taste. Serve & Enjoy!
