- 1 Package of Organic Arugula
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp of Pine Nuts
- 1/2 Cup of Shaved Parmesan Romano Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Sun dried Tomatoes
- Place arugula in bowl set aside. Heat olive oil and add pine nuts. Cook pine nuts till lightly browned add olive oil and nuts to arugula. Add remaining ingredients, salt & pepper to taste. Serve & Enjoy!
